This website offers visitors general information by Dr. Kantas, a portfolio of previous work under the business name of Psychosocial, and online programs that you can purchase. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Purchase Agreement

By purchasing an item, you agree to enter into a legally binding contract and are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it. We reserve the right to change our prices and correct pricing errors.

Refund Policy

For online courses, you have 24 hours for free cancellation. If there is less than 24 hours until the program starts, you can only be refunded by 25% of the full price.

Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend access to the services without notice or liability for any reason. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.

Promotional Messages

You agree to receive promotional messages and materials from us. If you don't want to receive such materials or notices, please notify us at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms and any claims related to the services shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of Monroe County, Rochester, New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought and decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Rochester, NY.
